Uninspiring, ugly merchandise and layout!! not what it used to be!! Very sad to see this happen to a wonderful iconic name!! The staff are also very rude, especially the woman on the lower ground floor on her laptop and not remotely interested in Customers! Will never return!!

A shadow of its former self, was a real disappointment to visit this Christmas. It used to be a place full of dreams, beautiful products, inspiration and joy. Now limited to one floor, with a limited selection. Same story at the new Chelsea “flagship” Sad to see such an iconic London store struggle like this.

Very great place for home goods like candles, kitchenware, lights. They also have a good section for kids' toys. And inside the shop, there is a nice coffee shop, where you can have very light meals, soup, stews. For people with allergy, you can choose oat milk, soy milk or almond milk for your coffee. They also have some cool flavors late like beetroot or turmeric.
